How to Apply Your Member Discounts

If you are already a member of the Skirball Cultural Center your discounts will applied at checkout if you use the e-mail address associated with your membership.  

The store website has a separate membership system than the ticketing at the museum, which means that the current member rolls are updated on the 1st of each month. 

If your e-mail is not working to provide your discount, please contact the store and let us know there is a problem.  While it is easier to correct member discounts before an order is placed, it is possible to have the difference refunded to the same account that made the purchase.  

Please note: Member discounts do not stack with any other discounts. It will not work on sale items or on otherwise reduced priced items.
