Jewish cuisine is known throughout the world for its wide range of delicious dishes, refined procedures in their preparation and exquisite combinations, which require special knowledge on the part of the cook.
Many of these vegetarian recipes remind me of my grandmothers and my mom, they are a combination of the food I grew up with in Argentina and Jewish food prepared or often bought in delis on the holidays.
