The Skirball Cultural Center, which was Safdie’s first cultural commission in the United States, is featured prominently in this publication. It accompanied a traveling exhibition of the same name, organized by Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in association with the Skirball. It was on display at Skirball in 2013-14.
