Judy, in her own words (and pictures), shares 35 years of culinary experiences and adventures in an amazing country she has adopted as her own. Over 150 (kosher) recipes are included. She and her husband, Marvino, are founders of California restaurants Capo, and Cora's, both in Santa Monica; Brentwood Restaurant in Brentwood; and celebrated Los Angeles restaurants Citrus and The Broadway Deli. is also consultant for Zeidler's Cafe, located in the Skirball Cultural Center in Los Angeles. Los Angeles readers look forward to Ms. Zeidler's regular contributions to The Jewish Journal and Tribe magazines as well as her periodic articles that appear in the Los Angeles Times. She is often a guest on national television and radio programs and is on the board of several food and wine societies. Judy believes that the shared enjoyment of food and wine is one of the most fulfilling elements in life and that cooking and entertaining should be fun. Through her cooking classes, she thrives to inspire her students to cook and entertain at home. She is never too busy to open her kitchen and her heart to donate cooking classes to benefit charitable organizations.
