The original family recipe that started it all, the L.A. County Fair 2010 Best in Show-winning Strawberry Rhubarb Jam is sure to delight the taste buds of more nostalgic foodies. It goes wonderfully on a bagel with cream cheese for a strong strawberry flavor or with goat cheese for a more intense rhubarb flavor. This jam also makes a delectable glaze, peanut butter and jelly sandwich, or a sweet syrup over ice cream. The rhubarb in this jam is harvested from a farm in Ventura county, the only farm in California that can grow rhubarb all year-round.
One of Zagat's "20 L.A. Food Artisans You Need To Know", Coldwater Canyon Provisions handcrafts each vegan-friendly and gluten-free jam and jelly. Every flavorful creation is made with the finest California family-farmed, pesticide-free produce using purveyor Rondo Mieczkowski's Polish grandmother's heirloom recipes. All products from the North Hollywood-based company are prepared and packaged in Mason jars in the city of Pasadena. A portion of all proceeds goes to Under the Bridges and In the Streets, a non-profit organization dedicated toward feeding L.A. County's homeless community.

Shelf life: All unopened jams can last up to two years. Once opened, most jams can last for several months. Refrigerate after opening.
