Sales Tax

Merchandise shipped from Audrey's Museum Store to addresses within the state of California will be charged the current Los Angeles tax. All orders shipped to addresses outside of California will not be charged tax.

Discount Policy

Discounts or coupons are not applicable to already reduced merchandise. We provide the following discounts:

  • Members: 10% off each item with valid membership ID.
    • Member discounts for all Audrey's purchases are only available to named Member card holders with active membership standing. Your name and mailing address must match the information we have in our Member database. All other attempts to utilize a member ID number will not be honored and your purchase will be processed at the full price. For questions about your membership standing please call the membership office at (310) 440-4599 or e-mail membership@skirball.org. Weekend inquiries will be responded to during the week.
  • Teachers: Teachers of Pre-K to Grade 12 receive 10% off select school-related supplies and books in-store only with valid staff ID.

Gift Wrap

Complimentary gift wrapping is available both online and in-store. Please indicate at checkout if you would like to have your order wrapped in All Occasion or Wedding wrap and/or provide a gift message.

Gift Certificates

Audrey's Museum Store offers gift certificates at any amount. Postage for gift certificate orders is complimentary. Contact us to order.

Shipping and Handling

Orders placed on Fridays after 12:00 p.m. through end of day Monday will not be processed until Tuesday. If you have any questions about delivery time or if your order is time-sensitive, please contact us Tuesday through Sunday between the hours of 11:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Audrey's Museum Store ships all packages via UPS. We provide the following shipping services:

  • UPS Ground
    • Delivery typically takes one to seven business days after shipping.
    • Delivery time and cost is based on distance to destination.
  • UPS Next Day Air
    • Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 p.m., or end of day, depending on destination.
    • Delivery cost is based on distance to destination.
    • Please note that shipments will not be processed until the next business day after an order is placed and that an order ships two days after it is placed.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air
    • Delivery by the second business day.
    • Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time.
    • Delivery cost is based on distance to destination.
    • Please note that shipments will not be processed until the next business day after an order is placed and that an order ships two days after it is placed.
  • UPS 3-Day Select
    • Delivery by the third business day.
    • On-time delivery to Alaska and Hawaii is not guaranteed.
    • Delivery cost is based on distance to destination.

Return and Exchange Policy

You have up to thirty days from the date of purchase to receive store credit or to make an exchange. To receive a full refund (shipping not included), all merchandise must be returned within fourteen days from the date of purchase.

All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt.

Sale merchandise will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
